Conclusion

When yeast culture was added to the basal diet (150 g/day/head), daily gain was increased by 10.9%, feed to gain was decreased by 9.7%, muscle marbling grade was increased by 11%, dripping loss and cooking loss were decreased by 5.7% and 16.2%, respectively, and there was no significant effect on fatty acid and amino acid composition of longissimus dorsalis muscle.
